The profession of chartered accountant is subsumed within the ACA; a legal entity governed by the law 15/89.
The general attributions of ACA are the following :
» Ensure and maintain ethical principles and traditions, dignity and righteousness, which honour the job of the chartered accountant and make the members respect the laws, regulations and norms that govern the profession.
